Hi all,

I'd like to fly my wife and daughter LHR-JFK return in UC, buying economy tickets then using miles to upgrade to UC. But I was surprised to find out a few minutes ago that apparently Virgin don't allow miles to be used to upgrade child fares!

Have people come across this before? Is there a workaround - presumably I could buy the child a full adult fare and upgrade that....?
