They use the same planes for 1 to 4 hours flights, so the seat plan ha to be the same. And fixed C seats are not coming back, so it is probably useless to keep posting on this topic.
BTW, I am quite surprised by your intent to be LH J pax into premium economy.. European C prices are on the way down and many J pax fork a lot of money and bmake AF profit margin.
