Next up are the suites so unless you've very lucky you are already at the top tier for Gold upgrades.
Um, I don't think there are fireworks at Sentosa - if there are it would a much smaller display than the ones at the Marina Bay area. I'm sorry but if you want to see the fireworks you'll have to pay through the nose to get a room at one of the hotels there - and the prices ARE marked up in advance on these special dates.
It would probably be more sensible to enjoy your room at the W at a reasonable price, and go down to Marina Bay by subway for the fireworks. Do note that a lot of people will have the same idea so it will be CROWDED all the way.
