Here are the economy fare names with the respective classes for VA-coded flights..:

V Flexi: Y, B
V Saver: L, K, H
V Deal: N, E
V Promo: G, T, Q, V, U

So, from my reading of the DL website...

V Flexi and V Saver fares earn 100% mileage
V Deal and V Promo fares earn 50% mileage
