I'm a newbie at this thing and I'm simply looking for a right answer from someone who may experience the same thing.
I guess most of you who replied didn't even have any experience with the Pass Rider.

Pass Rider and buddy pass are 2 different programs. Buddy pass is a limited pass. 24 times a years if I remember correctly. Even with buddy pass, your ticket is prioritized based on the employee's year of service, checking in time,... So no, it's not the bottom of the standby list if the employee's been with the airline long enough.
