this is what I HATE about SPG not having any policy in their T&Cs that protect us. Any Hotel at any time they see they are almost full can simply CX any low rate reses or C&P stays send us to an inferior place not have to even offer the pts we would have earned nor stay credit and be done with us, and SPG will back them up on it.
Why in the world should I ever book a res with any *W Hotel if they can do this and get away with it
OP can you PLEASE name the Hotel and I think we should have a thread that names names so that we all can make sure to Avoid that Hotel! at all costs
