Every once in a while an airline rep recognizes the Flyertalk yellow luggage tag. Why just last Sunday the gal at the United Club (RCC) in CLE told me they read threads about the club. They're always looking to improve based on some of the comments they read.

Most airline staff don't have a clue what the tag means. The only people that seem to know are fellow Flyertalkers.
