Air France called minutes after I posted the OP.
I was not aware that the ticket has to be issued by AF. Delta had forgotten to relay my credit card billing addreess and the date of birth. Good thing I was not abroad.
The ticket has been issued.
If you have an AF e cert, allow at least 36 hours for it be processed.
I saved a few cents. Delta had rounded the fare up to the nearest dollar, whereas, AF, rounds it up to the nearest penny.
Is DELTA now runing a rounding up scam?
