Agreed when i'm shopping for myself. I do a lot of shopping for the kids and end up returning / exchanging about half anyway, so I usually order online and return in the store.
FYI, you get Kohls cash shopping online as well. And of course you can use your Kohls cash from in-store purchases online.

I knew you could redeem kohls cash online but didn't know you could receive it as well. I guess whenever I make a purchase online it is because they don't have my size in the store and the purchase ends up being under $50 in most cases.
I buy a lot of clearance/end of season stuff as well which is hard to find online. Kohls is only a couple miles from my house and I still get charged sales tax anyway. Now if it was like amazon with no sales tax I would be ordering a lot more online
