I just got a targeted offer for a Delta Skymiles Platinum:

25k miles after first purchase (5k MQM)
15k miles after $1,000 in the first three months (10k MQM)
$100 statement credit for a Delta purchase within first six months.
$150 fee (not waived for first year)

What do you guys think? I'm about 400 MQMs away from renewing my status.
