Booked in for CW to BKK and then onwards to RGN via Bangkok Airways as they can do e-ticketing right the way through - Thai were insisting on paper tickets - this was not suitable for us for various reasons. We were assured on booking over the 'phone with BA that a lounge is available for us on arrival at BKK for the 5 hour layover - BA Lounge presumably unless anyone can tell me differently?
