Is it hard for Air France to try to help customer ?

Yesterday my flight from London to Paris was delay so I miss my flight to Gothenburg .

Air France re-book me to a 3hours later flight ... but this will result I will miss my train . So I ask them can they fly me to Oslo instead.

As a FB Gold I thought this was ok .. so did the customer service agent that help me . She also try very hard and call to resolve my issue, but the ticketing office reject and want 615Euro if I want to change my flight.

I have come over this issue a few times .. and it always work out if my ticket is direct book over their site or counter .. but if I used a Travel Agent like now .. they will not granted. Even its their fault over the problem in the first place.

I hope some AF management read this site ... this small kind of favours will make me think which airline I will choose when Im out flying . And I have total around 200 flights a year .
