AF has O availability, but Delta cannot use it. The last person I spoke to seemed to know exactly what I was talking about, and straight told me that although AF shows O availability, they only give a certain amount of seats to DL to use for upgrades, and they are either exhausted or otherwise unavailable.

Worse, I can't even use Flying Blue points for the upgrade, because a Delta W ticket is coded to an AF A ticket, which is not upgradable with FB points.
