I am trying to redeem a voucher but am running into an issue on the website.
In the description on the site, in red text, it says"
This eCert has restricted transferability rules.Only the person named on the eCert can select to redeem it.
However it comes up when searching under my Skymiles number, and I am the person named on the eCert.
has anyone seen this issue before? Who would I call at Delta to fix this (reservations or web support?)
