I just booked 2 tickets from IAD-GVA(w/domestic connections). I booked E+ and today upgraded to R on the outbound leg. To purchase an Upgrade for the return leg I purchased some miles for myself w/Accelerator. I went back in to purchase miles for my husband, I cannot find Accelerator anywhere. The United site stated Accelerator is available whenever you view an existing reservation, I have tried different ways to view his reservation but the Accelerator option never pops up. Any suggestions how to find this or should I just perhaps just wait until tomorrow and see if it appears?
Be sure you log in to United.com using your husband's MP number and be sure his MP number is included on the reservation. If that doesn't work.. call reservations and they can do it for you.
