American Express Business Platinum and Chase Ink Bold and Ink Plus are marketed as business cards and add no foreign transaction fees. Bear in mind that "business" cards are based on your personal credit, not your company's rating.

There are other fees when using a credit card to withdraw cash from an ATM, and the transaction may be treated as a cash advance which accrues interest immediately.

In the case of American Express there is no interest because the money is withdrawn from your linked checking account. Discussion here:
