I found this thread describing the configuration of the 734 in CE and apparently suggesting 2A is good. Not sure if anything has changed in the decade since that thread... (?!) considering this is BA and LGW, probably not much!

I'm flying to LGW on one of these soon, just checked my seat assignment, and someone else is in 2A , but everything else is free, which should I pick? Currently in 2F. Are the D & F seats worse than the A & B ones because of the space-saver adjustments? ... if so, better to move to 3A?
