bonaire is quite famous for shallow diving, and shore diving. belize is pretty good, but off boat helps. go to a scuba site to ask where. also, the keys are very good. great cheap date. bvi has some good stuff, but one must know what and where to look.

i thought all these places had much better snorkling and diving than hawaii.
