I just stayed at the RC in August and it is much improved post-renovation, although the public areas are a bit tired. I took advantage of the HBD Singapore package and had a nice stay. My only concern is that this hotel is so busy, the rooms are already beginning to wear...not sure how long the hard product will hold up. Service was good, except for a mixup on what was in our package...after showing them their own webpage everything was sorted out.

I must say; however, that the RC SIN was somewhat disappointing after sandwiching this stay between the Oriental Residence and The Siam in Bangkok!
