You can always got to DOT and file a foia on this route. They don't just have the flight number but the city pair of the route.

The issue with southwest an their routing is knowing where this plane originated from. The problems in the route is due to delay in this plane arrival. But this is harder to track because flight numbers change. Sometimes southwest has a multi city routing.
