Yes. Go up to the departures level, go to the immigration desk and request the BP. You should be able to get the BP either the evening you arrive or the next morning.

Of course, if you decide to overnight in a hotel and clear immigration without the BP, you'll need to get your BP from the check-in desks before being allowed airside.
