Priority Club has several properties in NYC with very good location and are in the 25K redemption level - Staybridge is a "suite" type extended stay style property, at 25K for a regular Advance Purchase rate at $400. Candlewood is another. There is at least one or two more similar properties in IHG's offering.

Last week I got approved on the BRG claim on IC Time Sq for our upcoming night that we needed when we would have a one-night stopover at NYC before flying to Vienna. All thanks for the posts on the IHG BRG thread. Of course you would need to act really quickly as inevitably such opportunities got shut down within 24 to 48 hours at the max. I barely caught the end of it as when I saw that it was already 12 hours after successful claims were posted. So now I can cancel the reward night at Staybridge and save 25K pts while stay at IC on "House Comp" rate - King deluxe corner room with breakfast.
