I'm slightly surprised by Nicci's silence on this one, although of course BA is probably targeting the millions of BA passengers instead of just those of us here on FT. There was no BAEC number in the email, so presumably anyone who bought a ticket could get the message. Let's face it, this mob will never give BA a balanced view
