Then I would like to get $12000 back from United for sh*&$tty service in business class. I paid for product which I have not received. Plus, I was insulted by UA FA on that flight. She greeted me "Thank you for being loyal Milage+ customer". I guess I was the only paying pax in C that day.
Stop whining and man up. If you HATE US Airways so much, next time take United CRJ to Miami. As a United elite, you will be automatically upgraded to first class and served lobster with garlic butter.
