We want our customers to be at the heart of everything we do, so we have created the British Airways Future Lab, a new and exclusive online community where you can share your thoughts about flying with us, and get involved in shaping the future of British Airways.

Our community isn't a focus group or a panel, but an open dialogue where we can share our objectives, new ideas, concepts and challenges with you.

Once inside our community, you will find a variety of activities initiated by the team at British Airways, and you'll be able to join conversations and debates with other members. We'll discuss a wide array of topics, from the highs and lows of air travel today, to the new ideas and concepts that could define the future of flying. On average, we would like you to spend around 10-15 minutes a week on the site.
