Dear Mrs T891,
This is your invitation to join BA's big conversation about the future of flying!
We want our customers to be at the heart of everything we do, so we have created the British Airways Future Lab, a new and exclusive online community where you can share your thoughts about flying with us, and get involved in shaping the future of British Airways.
Our community isn't a focus group or a panel, but an open dialogue where we can share our objectives, new ideas, concepts and challenges with you.
etc etc etc
It looks like a BA version of FT!!
Why join?
By telling us what you need from British Airways, we can develop better products and services that are more relevant to you
Take part in a wide array of discussions, brainstorms, live online workshops, surveys and much more
A team of moderators will facilitate conversations and take your feedback directly to British Airways' headquarters
Receive regular updates about the impact your thoughts and views have on the way we do things at British Airways
Once inside our community, you will find a variety of activities initiated by the team at British Airways, and you'll be able to join conversations and debates with other members. We'll discuss a wide array of topics, from the highs and lows of air travel today, to the new ideas and concepts that could define the future of flying. On average, we would like you to spend around 10-15 minutes a week on the site.
When you register, we'll ask you a few questions about yourself to make sure that we have a mix of people represented on the community. There are only a limited number of places available so make sure you don't miss out on this unique opportunity.
I'm not regarding it as spam … it looks proper. Anyone else had this message?
