"Air Canada will give lift to toys bound for Baffin. The kids of Baffin Island will get their Christmas presents on time after all. The toys were hung up in transit until a Times Colonist story outlined the predicament. Last week, Air Canada offered free cargo space for 1,000 new toys worth $10,000 Cdn, bought by Victoria supporters of the Tunijjusiarut Foundation- Tunijjusiarut means "giving a gift'' in the Inuktitut language. Last Friday, we flew the toys to Edmonton and from there, Canadian North Airlines made a special delivery to Baffin Island."
