I am trying to claim missing points and SC for a KA flight from PVG to HKG.

The Qantas website claim missing points tool has two Shanghai's in its list of airports and no Pudong.

If I try either of the Shanghai's it comes back with Shanghai Hongqiao in the confirmation (which is SHA). I thought I'd give it a go but it failed - came back into activity statement as no points and no SC.

Does any one know a trick for claiming these points - I need to do it for 4 people all on the same flight.
