Yes, at this very minute, I've been sitting here at Taipei airport since 5.30am with a connecting flight at 1600 hours and really counting on getting into VIP lounge which was listed in the Diners club site. After lobbing there, I was told I had to have an Eva Air boarding pass to access the lounge. Most disappointing but have used the lounge in Dubai airport which was very good and didn't have any other conditions attached.
