Is there any way to tell if this is the new cabin. If not, what is the old cabin like? Can people recline from the seat in front?

EDIT: was just reading into this further and think I may have misread the AF website. It says 'Discover the new Premium Voyageur cabin, which will gradually be phased in on all of our long-haul flights'.... I thought this meant they were upgrading the cabins to have shell seats etc but now I think that just refers to introducing the premium economy cabin in 2010 and all the planes have the cabin described on their website.
