No, there isn't; Adobe doesn't make one. And they never will. Flash through the browser is dead for mobile devices; it's been abandoned by many/most sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app. Adobe has moved on to app-based Flash called Adobe Air and no longer supports the browser variant for mobile OS's.

There are a few third-party iOS browsers that support Flash, but they aren't free and many are buggy. It's certainly not worth $4.99 to me to download a special browser just to view Southwest's route map, just because it was designed using nearly obsolete technology.
