For this trip, we flew a combination of Qatar Airways business and first class, and United global first.

QR was a new one for us, and was certainly one of our best airline experiences. Onboard highlights included excellent food presentation, pajamas, and mattress pads for the lay-flat beds. QR’s Premium Terminal in Doha had expedited security with separate lounges for business and first class. The first class lounge featured a small spa, men’s and women’s jacuzzi tubs, private sleeping and prayer rooms, a children’s game room (ps3), lots of international food options and excellent wines including Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame.
