I am heading to Houston (either HOU or IAH) from NYC during the weekend of October 5-7. I only need to be in Houston the afternoon of Oct. 6 and thought I might try to turn it into a MR since I have Monday 10/8 off as well and have a day to travel. I would appreciate any ideas that could maximize miles or points. Not really sure what the budget is but not worried as I have never been given a sugestion that did not make sense on some level.
