How come bmi food is heated in the foils but the plates are scorching hot?
Not being a BMI crew member, I can't be sure how they do it, I expect they heat the plates!

It was one of our new exBmi crew that told me they heat the food in foils and then plate it. We heat food is foils in First before plating but in CW the food is heated in the dish it is served in.

Anyway, it looks like it will be a really nice service in CW and the screens are bigger than our First Class screens and the system is Thales which is a fantastic inflight entertainment system with 100s of choices.

There are only going to be 21 CW seats, when all are fitted with flat beds and that is similar to the U/D of the 747, so I think you will find you are all pleasantly surprised how nice it will be. Even W/T will be very nice as it will not be a huge cabin like on the bigger aircraft, so the service will be really nice.
