I would pay.

You can easily drink £82 worth of booze, especially on a return. Get stuck in.

Also better IFE, less dragoneque staff, better planes and LHR terminal - no brainer!

Food - choice is between microwave meal slop and a pizza slice or hot pretzel, both horrendous, eat before. I find a Wagas katsu curry lines the stomach nicely.
