With all the delays and other operational issues, aircraft are getting subbed out quite frequently. And with the "where is this airplane coming from" feature, there's more visibility into it if you watch it.

It's possible that the OGG flight was not your original aircraft, and the schedule had more room in it originally, but that original plane had an issue so they subbed it with this one.

This has been a less common occurrence since 3/3. I'm not sure it's SHARES related, because I've had a number of 737 turns in IAH with CO staff that have taken a full hour, even a few minutes more, when the inbound was delayed.
