Hotel prices are not the same no matter where and how you book them, so the entire lawsuit is just stupid.

They make this dumb claim over and over again

As a result of the concerted RPM scheme by the Online Retailer Defendants, each Defendant Retailer-Hotel Agreement with the major hotel chains including the Hotel Defendants provides that Room Reservations will not be sold to Plaintiffs and members of the Class for less than the Rack Rate.

Virtually nobody pays rack rate for a hotel room. Maybe New Years Eve in Times Square if you reserve the day before, but if the entire basis of your suit is you have to pay "rack rate" they don't have a chance.
