I stayed 22 Aug 2012.
The van takes 5 - 10 minutes to the airport, and the property is less than two blocks' walk from the Hertz auto rental lot, a convenience for me as I arrived late at night and departed the following day walking with my carry-on baggage to Hertz.
Arrival was easy, and I was told the room I had selected with online check-in, though listed as non-smoking, had only recently been listed as such and would probably have some smokiness. I asked for another suite and was assigned suite 507. As a Diamond, I received no amenities - perhaps because of this last minute late evening change of rooms. But the staff were welcoming and helpful, and I appreciated their candor about the non-smoking room that wasn't quite. Price was $144 all in with taxes, MVP rate.
The suite itself seems to have been relatively recently renewed and was comfortable, contemporary and clean. It was typically Embassy Suites, with bright colors, comfortable bed, nightstands, closet, etc. and the other room with small wet bar, fridge and microwave, dining room table, sofa, armchair, and both rooms with LCD television.
Breakfast was again typical for an Embassy Suites, lots of cold and cooked to order items on offer, fairly crowded at about 8 AM.
I would readily use this property again, and its closeness to the airport and Hertz, easy access to the highway 281, the city and outlying areas make it very convenient.
With a late arrival and relatively early departure I did not check the pool or exercise facilities.
