MSP-MN, how recently have you done the transaction to know that the charges will come out of AMS?
Neither nor. German tickets are issued and charged from FRAmwhen booked on dl.com or the German ticketing office. Period. AMS is PoS when you change a tickets using the JV Premium Sales and Service line, SLC when using the Diamond line. The exchange rate is a hit or miss but generally acceptable with a +/- 20€ spread.
