If true, this would really be a shame, as, one of the bestest thingz available to us - when necessary - is (or was) that the phone agents always seemed to be
VERY lenient when it came to allowing changes due to schedule changes (and similar drama!).
edited to add . . . . Coming from NW, as good NW was to us, when I first started encoutering DLs frequent schedule changes, I was SHOCKED at how easily the phone agents allowed us to make changes!
