Redeeming miles from KOJ-NRT-HKG requires 21k?
I called UA hoping to redeem the following routing:

KOJ-NRT-HKG

This is a one way saver award ticket in Y.

They wanted 6k for the first segment, and 15k for the last segments. Does this seem right?
