Hope that I can tag a Silkair question on to this forum, since there's no better place I could find to pose this query. Mods - feel free to relocate this post if I missed the right forum.

I've got a Silkair booking from SIN-REP next month, two coach seats for Mrs. Transportprof and me. Now that the MI web site is back in service, I have logged in and reconfirmed my bookings.

There seems to be a 'Manage booking' function that would allow advance seat selection, and when I pull up our booking the seat map opens, but at the same that occurs, my name and my wife's name disappear from the column on the left side of the screen, and there is no way to select a seat on the map.

Any advice on MI advance seat selection would be appreciated!
