The 2 best hotels in town IMO are :
- Sofitel
- raffles
There is also the Amanjaya Pancam who is not bad at all and very well located.
Things not to be missed :
- national museum
- royal palace

It is also very interesting to visit Tuol Sleng (S21) genocide memorial and museum.
The Russian market is not bad for shopping.
