Hello CBair...

I believe that this question has been discussed in the past (although I'm not certain if it was on FT or another forum). Finding the information that you are seeking will be difficult at best and may not be possible. The primary reason is that final aviation accident reports have traditionally not provided the level of detail that would be required to determine how/whether a particular infant was restrained or how they sustained their injuries. If sufficient resources were directed at the investigation to fully develop a comprehensive survival factors report to accompany the final report, then the information might be available. However, this has typically not been the case.

One source that you might try is the database constructed by R.G.W. Cherry & Associates Limited on behalf of the Airworthiness Authorities participating in the Cabin Safety Research Technical Group. The database currently contains information on 3,926 accidents and of these, textual information is available on 3,148. The database was initially intended to carry out analytical work aimed at improving occupant survivability. More recently the scope has been expanded and it now includes information on non-survivable accidents.

Here is the link to the database: CSRTG Aircraft Accident Database

As I noted, you will find that there is a lack of detail with respect to accidents and incidents identifying infant involvement but this is likely the most comprehensive source available to search.
