There are currently no usable restricted business class fares published between LON and DUB by BA. A fare basis that does exist (REUNBA) has a restriction that the fare component must include travel on BA8080-8089... which go to BHD. At the moment, therefore, you have to book at least a D fare if you want to go CE to DUB, which is fully flexible but costs over £500 return.
