While I had a lovely chat with the supervisor in Cincinnati, we didn't get anywhere.

She said she couldn't find a valid reason to waive the additional 112,000 miles for this flight because the system showed I had entered the flights individually. This is possibly true but I did it while speaking to a person at the plat desk who was telling me what to enter.

She suggested I call back during the day when SkyMiles is open (not sure what the SkyMiles department does) and hopefully they could approve it.

I'm tempted to try twitter in the interim. Just sent a direct msg to @DeltaAssist.
