Waitrose is one that I do not avoid. Tesco, I'm happy to order online for water, loo paper etc but I do not want to go to the store unless absolutely necessary because it tends to be crowded. Harrods, I avoid on weekends, for instance.


Theres a lot to be said for that.

Take Cornwall, you shop for food at whatever shop is where you live generally.

Other things either involve traveling or Internet shopping so brand loyalty might well be dictated by location rather than loyalty.

Take the largest population town in Cornwall, St. Austell, poor town centre and either tesco or asda. And for the waitrose lovers, the closest is in Saltash which is 45 mins away on a good day !!
