Add me to this glitch*.....

Flying SAV-IAD on 10/6 with my upgrade confirmed in F on a CR7 for the past 4 months.

This morning, I looked at my itinerary and noticed that I was back in coach with my original booking code of G. I went to try (n.b. try) and re-select my seat in F and was asked how I wanted to support the upgrade.

Called reservations where the agent saw that I was previously upgraded and put me back in F and the agent said it was the 4th or 5th call like this that she had in the past hour and no one knows why this happened

*glitch=the term for all things are working normally with SHARES and the PSS in the post 3/3 apocalyptic world
