As it was an Avios.com offer and not a Lloyds one I wouldn't expect them to appear on the statement. This might be an ex-gratia to say sorry for all the hassle they have given you.

I'd hold off until you hear that a few more people have got their july bonuses before cancelling, also don't forget there's 1 more quarterly 2,000 new partner bonus still to come in december although you should qualify for that whether you still have the card or not because you have enough points posting in September which will qualify you for the sep-nov quarter.

Anyone else had their July bonus, Westfield points or Toptreats points?
