I tried to use miles & points for a JFK-LHR trip without any luck. At the gate I was told that if it didn't confirm before checkin, the request does not transfer to regular u/g list. Big disappointment. We will be returning home LHR-ORD in a couple of days. Any advice? Anything else I can do?
