Last year (or maybe early this year). As an A+ (double points on amytime and double to select CA cities & Denver) I got total 4x (1+1+1+1). But the T&Cs generally state that you cannot overlap or use two promos. So I counted this as a glitch (bonus) and moved on.
During promo periods...I always buy BS or Anytime to Max point value. The $59 fare does not really net enough points for me to make that trip 59x6 = 354. Then A+, double = 3x (1062), or if lucky...A+, double, MKE = 4x (1416). When I spent $208 on a BS fare one way - SNA-PHX yesterday on triple points and netted over 7000 points. However, I also factor in time as a value - I don't want to make multiple runs either.
